Information you provide directly. When you request a free quote, book an appointment, or use the chat widget, we collect what you enter: name, phone number, email address, property address or service area, and any project details or messages you include. These forms are hosted by GoHighLevel, our customer relationship platform (served from our subdomain link.indigon.io), which processes the submission and delivers it to our team.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, general location inferred from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. This is aggregate usage data, not information that identifies you personally, and it’s collected via cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to quote requests and schedule inspections or appointments
• To send email confirmations and appointment reminders
• To follow up on a project or answer questions you've submitted
• To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

We do not send automated or marketing text messages. If you hear from us by phone or text, it comes directly from a member of our team, not an automated system, and only in connection with a project or quote you’ve already asked us about.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and run our business, including GoHighLevel (forms, chat, and appointment booking) and Google Analytics (site usage data). These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law.

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and by our GoHighLevel-hosted forms and chat widget to keep those tools working correctly and to measure Site usage. We keep quote requests and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, complete a project, and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting us using the information below. We’ll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking roofing and siding services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
