These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of roofmgr.com (the “Site”), operated by Roof Manager LLC (“Roof Manager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided to give homeowners and businesses information about Roof Manager’s roofing and siding services and to let you request a quote, book an appointment, or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for these lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in a way not intended by the design of the Site (for example, scraping, overloading, or reverse engineering it).

Quotes & Estimates

Pricing ranges, service descriptions, and other information on the Site are provided for general reference and don’t constitute a binding quote. An accurate estimate for your project requires a free, on-site inspection. Any written estimate or contract we provide after that inspection supersedes anything shown on the Site.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, graphics, and design of the Site belong to Roof Manager or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use our content or project photos for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site uses third-party tools to power certain features, including GoHighLevel (contact forms, chat, and appointment booking), Google Analytics (site usage data), and embedded GAF educational widgets and Google Maps. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. The Site may also link to third-party sites (like gaf.com or our Google Business Profile) that we don’t control.

No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roof Manager isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for actual roofing or siding work performed under a separate signed contract or estimate, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the “Last updated” date above reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
